North Fork Woolly Mammoth’s Khaleesi
SOLD
SD Woolly Mammoth
Clononeen Priceless
May 29, 2016
Khaleesi is as proper as they come! Dripping with feather, she is a big boned and heavily built with a quiet but in charge manner. Gentle and compliant, she does all her blood lines proud as the first pairing of her sire and dam. Such greats as The Old Horse of Wales, Samson of Wales, and the Sweeper Mare on her sire’s side (among others) and The Lob Eared Horse, Bob The Blagdon and The Horseshoe Mare on her dam’s are some of the incredible names part of her family tree. This is a girl that we simply had to keep to add to our breeding program. She is the epitome of quality breeding. Khaleesi is expected to make 14.3. Colour: E/E, Gr/N. PSSM1 N/N

North Fork Tumbleweed's Gracia
Clononeen Tumbleweed
North Fork Beauty
May 11, 2015
This outstanding girl is as solid as they come and already has loads of hair and feather. She has great markings and as her baby coat starts to shed out she is showing some of the same roaning that her dam and grand dam have. Gracia has a very impressive lineage with Tumbleweed being her sire, Silky Boy her grandsire and the one and only Billy Boy, AKA the Christie Horse being her great grandsire. They simply don’t get any better than this. She should mature about 14.1hh. We may change our minds about having her for sale so if you are interested in her you may want to speak for her quickly!

Besy is an absolutely amazing mare that in our eyes is perfect in every way. Originally owned by Simey Doherty, she appears in many beautiful photos in John S. Hockensmith’s book, "Gypsy Horses and the Traveller’s Way – The Road to Appleby Fair". Within those pages are many scenes of Besy doing what she did best while there, pulling Simey’s Vardo along side of Sydney Harker and other legendary breeders of our time. She is also in Mark J. Barrett’s film, "Gypsy Vanner Horse".
This stunning mare was graded a solid 5 star mare with the GVHS in 2015 and according to the judges, had the best rear legs and hock set they had ever seen on any Gypsy Vanner evaluated. To say this girl is forward moving would be a gross understatement…there is little prompting needed to make her go. Beautiful movement, flawless conformation, a willing attitude and a kind sweet personality make this mare one in a million. Besy stands a solid 15hh.

North Fork Mimi
Billy Boy
North Fork Mana
May 22, 2012
Mimi is our one and only Billy Boy filly this year…his very last filly before his passing in 2011. What a precious girl she is and everything we could have asked for. Sweet personality like her mom and dad, put together exceptionally well, and again, the best of the world’s best breeding behind her. She is a keeper and will be a priceless addition to our farm. Mimi will carry the torch for The Lob and Billy Boy bloodlines for us for years to come. She has the lucky white ear and her name means “ear” in Japanese.

North Fork Hana
Tullamore Dew
Clononeen Lioness
May 21, 2013
This filly is going to be simply amazing. As her sire Tully is for sale, we decided to keep this incredible her for our own future breeding stock. Her dam Lioness and Tully have together given her the very best of of both of them. She simply floats when moving across the field just like papa Tully, and the hair and feather we expect on Hana should be nothing short of breathtaking as both sire and dam have hair and feather to spare and then some. This exciting combination is exactly the kind of filly we strive so hard to produce here at North Fork.

We have kept this beautiful Silver Dapple mare a secret for long enough! It is with great pleasure we introduce North Fork Silver Lace. Lacey is an amazing mare with fantastic conformation, movement and loads of hair and feather. Coming from the best breeding in the history of our breed, her sire BH Phantom Knight is by The Business (aka The Boss) who was by The Road Sweeper who was by The Coal Horse. Lacey’s dam is Carousel Gardens Livvie who is by SD Chief, who goes back to greats such as The Old Horse of Wales, the Midget Mare, the Old Horse of Ireland, The original Kent Horse and The Wagon Mare. Rollin' Thunder Bailey
SOLD
Dalcassian
Glencarraig
June 2, 2007
Bailey loves people and at 15.1hh has a natural athletic ability with her elegant and leggy body type. She learns quickly and is eager to please, and her gentle and playful nature paired with her unique colouring and fantastic mane and tail led us to use her as one of our show horses at the Calgary Stampede and Spruce Meadows. Fully broke to ride, Bailey does her parentage proud in colour, feather and form and has proven to also to be able to contribute rare colour combinations in her offspring when paired with our palomino stallion North Fork Aslan, as evidenced by this year's foal, Delphina.
As with all our foundation stock, Bailey is registered with the Gypsy Vanner Horse Society. (Additional pictures are available in the Gallery and Events Section of the Media Tab.)

North Fork Mana
Tumbleweed
Lioness
April 15, 2008
Mana is truly a winner being of the lineage of legends such as Lion King and Clononeen Tumbleweed, two of the biggest names in the Gypsy Cob world. Her mother Lioness has more mane, tail and feather than many stallions! Mana is showing the same traits and is the best of the best. Quick to learn, eager to please and well handled, we believe she is one of the best examples of a traditional Gypsy Cob filly we’ve seen for a long time. Her foal from 2012 with Billy Boy (Mimi) has brought together some of the best blood lines available in North America.

This mare certainly has her sire’s stamp and is a top quality and traditional example. She is just over 14.1hh with a dappled grey colouring, great feather, mane and tail. Priceless is trained under saddle, and is very quick to learn as well as eager to please. She was one of our show horses at Spruce Meadows one year, and continues to prove herself with beautiful offspring such as Bettie and Tyrion. Priceless not only always looks beautiful, but has consistently passed on her beautiful grey colouring with copious amounts of mane and feather.

North Fork Star
Tully
Celestial
May 20, 2011
Sadly, Star passed away Feb 8/16 of colic. She will be sorely missed.
Star is a beautiful and dainty black and white filly with one blue eye and the distinctive "dot" Tully puts on all his foals. She is sure to be stunning as both Sire and Dam carry tons of feather and mane, and already shows their perfect conformation. It's hard to tell this early, but watching her play in the pasture she may even have Tully's beautiful movement - so keep watching for updated pictures and perhaps even a video as she matures. She is already well handled and very curious about everyone. We can tell Star is going to steal some hearts already!

North Fork Beauty
Silky Boy
Violet
July 13, 2008
Sadly, Beauty passed away August 2/16. She will be sorely missed.
Beauty’s sire is Clononeen Silky Boy, who should need no introduction. Silky Boy is by Desert Jewel Lenny, one of the finest producers England has ever seen. Beauty suits her name in every way, possessing a gentle character and eager to please, much like her dam Violet and her grandsire Billy Boy. Beauty already has huge amounts of mane, tail and feather, so much so that we had to use her as our display horse in shows. Add to that her striking dark blue eye, traditional colouring and delicate head and she is sure to please. Beauty had her first foal in 2012.
